You’re invited to the Reconnect with your Body 7th Birthday Celebration! Join us for a community class, a brief performance and a reception as our Reconnect dancers blow out the candles and celebrate 7 years of this incredible program. THIS EVENT IS FAMILY-FRIENDLY – all ages and experience levels are welcome. The class will include classic elements from Reconnect with your Body classes (dance for every Body, an awesome playlist and a warm welcoming community) and offer a window into why we dance and how it benefits our bodies, minds and spirits to our friends, family and community partners.

Friends and family members with and without PD are welcome.
